Semper Scaping* is a Sandwich-based landscape company owned and run by former Marine Mark Flanagan. Mark’s strong military roots are the base for the tight landscaping company he is running today. The name Semper Scaping (Always Landscaping) derives from Semper Fidelis, the Latin phrase and Marine Corps motto for “Always Faithful”.
Mark’s military career with the US Marine Corps spanned from 1986 to 1994 where he served as the Infantry Squad leader with the 2nd Marine Division and was assigned to many overseas assignments, including combat Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1990/1991.
With the skill sets and the values the Marine Corps instilled in him Mark has build a company that weighs heavily on these core values: tardiness, precision, attention to detail, value, cleanliness, responsiveness, and respect. Mark understands that time means money and will tackle each job with the energy and organization needed to ensure it gets done in a timely and cost-efficient manner while maintaining the quality level of service he’s been proud to provide his customers with through the years.
